EnviroScent is committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your EnviroScent product or your product has been determined to be damaged or defective, EnviroScent will issue a full refund for most items returned within 14 days of original shipment.

EnviroScent WILL NOT provide a refund for the following items:
- Opened fragrance cartridges and/or stick packages
- Shipping and handling fees

To return an item purchased from EnviroScent:
All clients wishing to return an item to EnviroScent should first call 1-866-435-1832 to obtain a Return Authorization Number which must accompany the returned shipment. Items that are returned without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.

Returns are to be shipped back to EnviroScent at the address below with the Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box, and a written explanation for the return included inside the box. Once we receive your return, we will immediately issue a refund to the credit card used to place the initial order.
