If you're looking for your favorite ScentSticks products, we're happy to introduce our new brand, AIRCRAFT Infused ScentSticks. We've developed an entirely new fragrance library that enables you to personalize your own unique fragrance. If you liked our regular ScentSticks fragrances, you're going to love what AIRCRAFT has to offer. What happened to Auto Sticks?
For those of you who loved Auto Sticks, we apologize (we wish there had been more of you!), but we have discontinued this product line. However, we recommend you try any of our ScentStems or AIRCRAFT Infused ScentSticks as you can easily hide these under your car seat and they'll work even better than Auto Sticks!
How should I use your products?
Hang ScentSicles on trees, wreaths, garlands and holiday décor to enjoy the authentic smell of fresh-cut evergreens or freshly mulled spices and baked goods. These scented ornaments come with hooks so they can be hung or tucked away into greenery. Do not place product directly on finished surfaces like fabric or wood. Place ScentStems or ScentSicles Infused ScentSticks in live or artificial floral bouquets and arrangements, house plants, seasonal décor or in vases. Immerse no more than 25% of the stick in water. Most people install the AccScent HD home fragrance system in their living room or a large common area in their homes. The AccScent HD is designed only for indoor use.
How Much Do I Use?
Start with 3-4 ScentSicles and add more until you’re satisfied with the scent intensity. You may enjoy the results of starting with four scented ornaments, then adding in two every two weeks or the day before company arrives to “spruce” up the fragrance. The scent will disperse in waves depending on temperature and air flow. Just one ScentStems bouquet enhancer per bouquet is enough for a personal sized bouquet, but if you would like to fill an average sized room with fragrance, start with three sticks and add one at a time until you’re happy. One AccScent HD machine will cover about 1,000 sq feet. We recommend one cartridge per month.
How long will it last?
ScentSicles and ScentStems last up to 30 days per scented ornament and stick. Airflow, room size and temperature will affect product performance. For best results, do not place near heater or cooling vents. For large, open floor plans, place a few sticks in various locations throughout the room an optimal fragrance experience. AccScent HD cartridges contain 300 hours of fragrance. We recommend programming the built-in digital timer on the back of the AccScent HD unit so that the machine runs a MAXIMUM of 10 hours per day. You should get about 30 days of fragrance out of the cartridges with these settings.
Are there any precautions I should be aware of?
Our products are infused with pure fragrance oil; do not place them directly on finished surfaces or fabrics. Keep product away from open flames. Some scents may be skin or eye irritant. If skin contact occurs, wash hands with soap and water or flush eyes with water for 20 minutes. If irritation persists, contact a physician. It is recommended to keep product out of the reach of children and pets.
What are the best fragrances for problem areas in my home?
Any fragrance with citrus notes work harder to freshen problem areas.

Where should I store my products?
Our products are packed in resealable tubes that maintain their freshness when the lid is capped tightly. Dry, room temperature storage will help prolong the life of all scented sticks or cartridges.
How long does the product last?
If the packaging is unopened, the product will last at least a year, and possibly up to two years. Once the packaging is opened, tightly capped product will last 4 to 6 months in the original tube. Unopened fragrance cartridges last at least 90 days.
Can I return products?
Yes, we accept returns for any defective, damaged or unopened product. For full details, please read our returns policy.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Our standard shipping rates are $7.95 for orders of $99.99 or less, and FREE SHIPPING for all orders of $100 or higher. Expedited shipping rates are higher and vary depending on the size of the order.
What Warranty do you Provide?
