Chief Executive Officer
Nick is a seasoned CEO with more than 20 years of experience leading consumer products companies of various sizes. Prior to becoming CEO of EnviroScent, he was founder and CEO of Brandscape, a developer and marketer of household goods focused on bringing innovation to stagnant categories. Brandscape products were sold to major mass retailers under licensed national brands including Febreze, Umbra and Crayola.
Before that, Nick was CEO of The Evercare Company/oneCARE, a multi-national manufacturer and marketer of household goods sold to major mass retailers under the Evercare brand as well as licensed national brands including Tide, Bounce, Brawny, Clorox, Dryel and Woolite. Prior to joining Evercare, Nick was Vice President of publicly held TCS Publishing, Inc., where he managed the company's portfolio of publications, after having sold his directory publishing business to TCS early in his career.
Nick is a director of various private companies. He graduated with honors from the Harvard Business School MBA program and cum laude from the University of Southern California undergraduate business school.
Executive Vice President
Jeff co-founded EnviroScent in 2001 and leads product improvement initiatives and new technology development. One of the authentic pioneers of the commercial scenting industry, Jeff helped introduce scent marketing to the hospitality, theme park and retail marketplaces.
Jeff is a serial entrepreneur, having formed EnviroScent, Sunrise Media, VideOne, and Eagle Specialty Products. Sunrise became one of the largest on-location recording specialists in the U.S., working with clients such as the United Way, National Association of Realtors and the American Red Cross. VideOne became a leading producer of Video/Broadcast TV programming, specializing in infomercial short-form commercials, documentaries, childrens’ programs and syndicated sports commentaries. Eagle was a major manufacturer and supplier of high-performance automotive aftermarket accessories.
Jeff began his career with four years at NASA as a primate zoologist and holds a BS in Zoology from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Vice President, Sales
Matt leads EnviroScent’s sales effort, leveraging more than 20 years of consumer products sales experience to bring EnviroScent’s innovation to market and drive revenue growth. Prior to joining EnviroScent, Matt was the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of Oxford & Hill Home Products, where he managed all aspects of commercializing the company’s portfolio of insect repellent, clothing protection and moisture absorbing products.
From 2001 to 2005, Matt was the Vice President of Sales for The Evercare Company/oneCARE where he oversaw sales in the Grocery, Club, Drug and Specialty channels. Prior to Evercare, Matt was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Alliance Mercantile, a Canadian manufacturer and importer of consumer products, where he helped Alliance become the leading supplier of household gloves, lint care, kitchen textiles, and recreational and industrial rainwear in Canada.
Matt holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
Vice President, Marketing
Tamara has more than 15 years experience in managing entrepreneurial and fast-growth ventures in the consumer products and Internet industries. Prior to joining EnviroScent, Tamara spearheaded the US launch of Marta Mikey, an Australian home décor and accessories line.
Tamara was previously a member of the senior management team at Atkins Nutritionals. As Vice President, Business Development and later as Senior Vice President, International, Tamara led several company-wide initiatives that helped grow the company from less than $50 million to $600 million in four years. Before Atkins, Tamara was Vice President, Corporate Development for YouthSports.com, an Internet start-up, and founded two market advisory firms focused on marketing and distribution partnerships in global markets.
Tamara holds a Masters degree in International Management from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at the University of California, San Diego.
VP, Information Systems
Lee brings nearly 20 years of technology experience, primarily in the development, support, and implementation of ERP software, to lead EnviroScent’s efforts in deploying world-class information systems to gain insight from information and ultimately better serve our customers.
Most recently as CIO of The Evercare Company/oneCARE, Lee built a robust information technology environment that helped bring clarity to complex business issues. Among various accomplishments, he managed a full implementation of SAP across three divisions of that organization and deployed a data warehouse that informed decisions across a wide range of business functions, including marketing and consumer insights. Prior to that, Lee was a key developer and architect of SyteCentre, a middle-market ERP application.
Lee attended Renssselear Polytechnic Institute where he studied Computer Information Systems.
